Commercial Space Interior Designing

I am seeking an experienced interior designer to revamp a small commercial space (<500 sq ft), functioning as a Training center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and detail the main training space considering multi-functionality
- Propose a color scheme, furniture, lighting design, and room finishes
- Create functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Generate layout options and 3D visualizations

Ideal Skills and Experience are as follows:
- Interior Design experience within small commercial environments
- Excellent knowledge of space planning and ergonomics
- Strong skills in conceptual design and color planning
- Proficience with 3D visualization and related software tools
