Commercial Building 3D Rendering

I'm looking for an experienced 3D visualizer to create three detailed renders from General Arrangement (GA) plans of a commercial building.

Key Requirements:
- The purpose of these renders is for internal review, so they need to be precise and high-quality.
- The level of detail required is high; the renders must include textures to accurately represent the building's surface materials.
- A common design theme (e.g. colors, design features, etc.) shall be maintained throughout the hospital, not only for exteriors and façade, but also for interior.
- Building Design shall be compatible with the heritage and local architecture theme (example - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usawus9p-cI)
- Require a picture/rendering of the following 3 areas (the location and approximate dimensions shown in the attached floorplans) with signage:
> OPD room.
> Inpatient room.
> Hospital façade

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software.
- Previous experience working with commercial building plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create high-quality, textured visuals.
