Combined cycle power plant with adjacent facility

I am looking to construct a combined cycle power plant with an adjacent facility. The purpose of this plant will be for industrial power generation, making use of natural gas and hydrogen as fuel sources. The total expected production capacity of the plant will be greater than 61 megawatts. I am looking for an experienced contractor to help me design and build this plant. A strong knowledge of medical and safety standards are necessary to ensure that the construction process proceeds without risks to people or the environment. The successful party should also have experience in working with both natural gas and hydrogen, so that the combination of these fuels is done safely and efficiently.
