Collaborative & Welcoming Office Design

I'm looking for a talented and experienced interior designer to create a welcoming and collaborative workspace for up to 10-12 team members over an area of 117 square meters. The project not only involves a makeover to enhance collaboration but also requires to retain an appealing atmosphere for external freelancers. There will be two small office spaces that we plan to rent out to freelancers. The ideal candidate should have experience in maximizing small spaces, creating an ambiance that enhances productivity, and designing for freelancer-friendly office spaces.
