6K Cinematic 60-Second 3D Max Animation with 8k Still Images Renderings

We are currently seeking a highly experienced 3D animator to create a visually stunning, cinematic-quality animation to showcase both the interior and exterior of our townhouse project. This video will play a vital role in our real estate marketing campaign and must meet the highest industry standards.
Project Scope: We require a 60-second ultra-realistic 3D animation combined with 30 seconds of client-provided short videos and images of the surrounding areas, including beaches, shops, and amenities. The final product should be edited together seamlessly into a professional-grade presentation that reflects the style and quality of the reference videos provided.
Key Deliverables:
1.5 minutes total of high-quality edited video for YouTube
7 ultra-high-resolution 8K still renders for interiors
7 ultra-high-resolution 8K still renders for exteriors
Cinematic-style animation with realistic lighting, textures, reflections, and full detailing
Cinematic music, annotations, voice-over, and sound editing
Furniture, fixtures, bathrooms, lifts, vehicles, and exterior landscaping must be included to ensure a complete, realistic scene
Integration of client-supplied 3D Max source files and short video clips/photos of the local area
Regular progress screenshots in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona must be shared
Final source files must be delivered along with the completed video
Technical Requirements:
Animation rendered in 5K resolution using 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona
Still renders delivered in 8K resolution
Final video format must be suitable for YouTube
