Chiang Mai Apartment Assessment Task
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm moving from the US to Chiang Mai on April 2 and am looking for a low-priced place to live for a few months. I have found 2 possible places to rent. One is at Serene Lake (Suthep, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai 50200), and the other is at B2 Mountain Pano Residence Chiang Mai (306 Moo 3, Chiang Mai 50300). They are about 20 minutes away from each other by auto.
I want to hire someone to visit both places to determine which is better based on:
- Size and layout (I don't need a lot of space, a desk to work with a nice view, and a bed to sleep)
- Cleanliness
- Bathroom (is there a place to store facial products on the sink or in a cabinet? is there good water pressure?)
- Kitchen (is the refrigerator quiet?)
- View (I don't want to view any streets, cars, or into other buildings)
- Quietness (is the building quiet, and is it quiet on the balcony, can you hear any construction?)
- Building (is it clean?)
- Neighborhood (is it a nice neighborhood?)
- Distance walking to nearest grocery store (I don't have a car)
- Is there anywhere to walk for 5 miles nearby (not on a street but in a quiet setting such as a park or walking trail)
- Serene Lake (footpath around lake good for walking daily? do you see or hear airplanes?)
After your visit, I'd like either a written report or to have a phone call to give me the info, and I'd like a video walkthrough of both units.

- Excellent verbal English communication
- Familiarity with Chiang Mai's local real estate market
