Job Title: Freelance Architect for Customization of MANA EV Charging Pitstops
Location: Remote
Project Overview:
MANA Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd is enhancing its network of electric vehicle charging stations and requires a skilled freelance architect to customize existing pitstop designs for various new locations. The freelancer will adapt our initial concept designs to fit different site specifications and provide detailed budgetary estimates and structural designs.
Responsibilities:
Adapt the initial conceptual designs of pitstops to suit the unique characteristics and constraints of various project sites.
Create detailed layouts and structural designs for each location, considering topography, local building codes, and environmental impact.
Provide comprehensive budgetary estimates for construction, considering different materials, labor costs, and site-specific challenges.
Collaborate with the MANA project management team to ensure each design is optimized for cost, functionality, and aesthetics.
Prepare site-specific design documents and presentations for stakeholder approval.
Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning and construction regulations.
Modify and refine designs based on feedback from the MANA project team and regulatory bodies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders throughout the design phase.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, with a strong portfolio in commercial and industrial projects.
Demonstrated ability to adapt designs to meet different environmental and zoning requirements.
Experience in providing detailed cost estimates and managing budget constraints.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools like SketchUp.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices, particularly in the context of EV infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in design approach.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Duration:
2 months, subject to extension based on the ongoing needs and number of project sites.
