3D Cartoon Animation & Regional Voice

I need a lively, cartoon-styled 3D animation that will headline an upcoming marketing campaign. From modelling through final render, the video has to feel playful yet polished, clearly showcasing the product benefits while holding viewer attention.

Once the English cut is locked, I’ll supply the master dialogue track; your job is to convert it into fluent Kashmiri, record or source the voice talent, and mix the new audio so lip-sync and timing remain spot-on. If you’re comfortable handling additional languages later—Spanish, French or German, for example—let me know; that flexibility could earn follow-on work.

You should be at ease in Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or an equivalent 3D suite, and bring basic audio-post skills in tools like Audition or Pro Tools to keep the workflow contained in one place.

Deliverables:
• Storyboard approval frames
• Final 3D animated video (HD & square formats) with embedded Kashmiri dub
• Separate clean video (music & effects only) and isolated Kashmiri voice track
• Source project files for both animation and audio sessions
