Car 360 Spin Viewer

I have a .MOV walk-around video of a car and I’d like it transformed into an interactive 360° spin viewer that I can drop straight into a webpage. I’ll send the raw footage through WeTransfer and share a few reference spinners I really like so you can match the smoothness, rotation speed, and zoom controls they use.
The job is to extract the necessary frames, build the viewer (HTML5/JavaScript—Three.js, WebGL, or a lightweight alternative is fine), and deliver a tidy package that loads quickly on desktop and mobile. Please optimise the images, set up drag-to-rotate controls, and include autoplay on hover toggled by a simple parameter so I can switch it on or off later.
