BC, Canada 220 Acre Development

The property consists of about 220 acres. Preferably, the candidate should be a civil engineer and architect highly skilled with 3D Civil and Architectural AutoCAD. First priority is a civil engineer.

We have some preliminary civil site planning completed. We do not have a CAD file of the existing work, so we require the work to be redrawn. Basically we have pdf files and a clean dwg and LiDAR files.

The plan consists of about 400 single family lots, 200 low density condos of triplex and fourplexes, (to be designed) 15 highway commercial (4 buildings to be designed), 10 general commercial (2 buildings to be designed), 20 acre RV site, 3 heavy density multi 6 storey condos (towers) (one to be designed), 60 unit 4 storey low income apartment building (to be designed), 250 seat casino with 120 room full service hotel (to be designed), family fun centre (mini Disney Land) with 120 room full service hotel, indoor water-slides, half Olympic pool, gymnasium and many outdoor features (to be designed), an 80 room senior's care facility (to be designed) and many other uses. We require the site plan ASAP. In addition, we have a new highway access to be designed and have an issue with water. Sanitary is by way of a forced main, appears adequate, other infrastructure appears adequate. At first it would be beneficial to Zoom and go through it. I will base the wage on the the experience of the candidate. I am the project manager. .
