Are you a creative and experienced campervan layout designer who loves to transform small spaces into functional and cozy living areas? Do you have a portfolio of previous projects that showcase your skills and style? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are a small company that is looking at having a side venture which will specialise in customising Campervans (Hiace Fifth Generation H200 in various configurations) for travellers who want to explore the world in comfort and style.
We are looking for a freelance campervan layout designer who can work with us on a project-by-project basis.
You will be responsible for creating 2D or 3D layouts of campervans based on the specifications, budget, and preferences. You will also need to provide a list of materials and equipment needed for the construction of the layout.
The goal is to use the layout and have it cut with a CNC machine to give efficiencies for the build
To apply for this position, you will need to have:
- A degree or certificate in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in campervan layout design or similar projects
- A portfolio of previous campervan layout designs that demonstrate your creativity and quality of work
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A passion for campervans and travel
