California Tuscan/Mediterranean Landscape Design

I need a complete landscape design for my new home that incorporates both planting and hardscapes. The design should be in the California Tuscan/Mediterranean style and focus on drought-resistant design. The entire yard needs to be covered, with particular attention paid to:

- Hardscape Elements
- A patio or deck
- Pathways or walkways
- Retaining walls or fences

- Plant and Tree Types
- An exclusive use of olive trees, Mediterranean, grasses, desert and native California species
- Vineyards - trellis and head trained (single vines)
- Only want green / evergreen or white or purple flowering - no other colors

Ideal skills and experience for the job would include landscape design, hardscape installation, and knowledge of native California plant species. Experience with creating drought-resistant landscapes is a must. Please provide examples of previous work similar to this project.
