Cafe Wind Barriers Redesign
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm looking for a capable freelancer to redesign our cafe's wind barriers. The current barriers are in need of a refurbishment and we're finding that they're not very sustainable. It's becoming hard to refurbish them due to their current design and we're looking for a more durable and easy-to-maintain solution.
Key requirements and expectations for the project:
- The wind barriers need to be more sustainable than the current ones
- The design should be visually appealing, contributing to the overall atmosphere of our cafe
- The new barriers should be easy to refurbish, unlike the current ones
- I'm primarily looking for a redesign which can be easily installed, removed, maintained
- The PVC insert is currently difficult to replace and requires it to be shipped back to us to undertake the task. It need to be DIY
Your experience with designing and implementing similar solutions, as well as your understanding of sustainability in material choices, will be key to this project.
In terms of the redesign, I'm open to suggestions but I lean towards a steel or aluminium frame with printed PVC insets, as I believe this could be a good balance between durability, visual appeal and ease of refurbishment.
