3D CAD Car Dealership Design -- 2

I need a complete 3D CAD design for a car dealership. The design should include:

- Showroom
- Service area
- Office space
- Forecourt/Parking

Since I don't have any existing drawings or plans, you'll need to create everything from scratch. I have pictures of the building inside and outside with rough measurements. Doesn’t need to be accurate at this point just interested in the design and layout aspect.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Experience in designing commercial spaces, preferably car dealerships
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts
