Building project - 3D renders and 3D Walkthrough files needed for dual development
Budget: $10 – $1,000 AUD
We are looking for an architect/3D rendering/interior design expert to assist with a dual occupancy building project.
History: our initial building designer produced concept plans (2D) and high quality 3D model (walk through) files for us. Unfortunately they were unable to finish the job. We are close to finalising our concept plans (slight interior floor plan change on 1 building to finalise) with another building designer. They only offer low quality 3D renders/walk through quality.
We need high quality 3D renders and 3D walkthrough files completed for our project – we have ocean views so it is critical to ensure that we get our window placement and design right to maximise views. Sun modelling will be needed.
There are two houses to complete work for.
Additional work: we need to change the floor plan of the smaller house (ground floor layout) – if this is something you feel you can do – please include in quote. We can provide details (essentially moving the front door/entrance). (concept plans only needed at this stage)
Bonus: if you have experience with: window plans (review our plans and make suggestions) lighting plans, interior design, kitchen layout/design, garden design, as this work will need to be done after we submit for our Development Approval from council. i.e ongoing work.
We are also open to any floor plan revision suggestions from an Architect perspective.
We can provide:
Site survey, export our current 2D concept design/Archicad drawings to a .dwg file (or what ever is needed to work with Sketchup), PDF concept design files, previous sketchup files which have site mapping, views, trees, neighbouring buildings already shown. (done by our initial building designer), our mood board, site survey and anything else you need. The ‘old’ / initial renders we have already capture the design/look/feel we want.

Advise your timing / availability in your response.
Deliverables:
Editable 3D sketchup files that show full interior and exterior details. Interior renders with realistic shadows (changeable based on time of day).
Walk through file link
PDF images
Mapping exterior geometry – showing close by buildings/trees, ocean views (important) (can pull from current 3D render file?) – we need to assess views from each room.
Walk through ability with sun mapping to show sun at different times in day and over the year.
Same quality of ‘old’ version sketchup file (to be provided) file needed -showing furniture etc internally and garden/pool externally (to same level as our old version).
Keep layers and components organsied, so that design tweaks/changes are simple and straightforward
Ability to update renders if any 2D design changes are required from Council
Some allowance for revisions in initial quote.
