Building a house plan
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I am looking to build a two-story house and the total square footage should be 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. I have some ideas for features I would like to include, but am open to creative suggestions for additional features that will make the house more unique and functional. Ideally, I'm looking for a designer who can create a thoughtful and attractive plan that uses space efficiently and offers multiple ways to use a space. Hi, I would like a 3 cars garage on the right side of the house. On top the garage, leave it unfinished/ storage.
2.5 bath
Washer and dryer both on first and second floor.
A kitchen with double island, behind the cook space, have a walk in butler pantry.
Kitchen connect to living room that open to the second floor.
First floor, primary bedroom.
Second floor, a big bedroom, big closet and a big bathroom with vaulted ceiling if possible. A small guess bedroom and an office on the second floor.
On the back, a green house and a three season porch for 1st and 2nd floor.
