Building Plans and 3D Renderings

We are renovating a historic building which has no real building plans. It is 4 rooms plus two bathrooms, closets, a hallway and entranceway. We need someone to first construct scaled building plans, then put them into a sketch up model for us to visualise the changes we will make. We have drawn plans and photographs with measurements.
