Build 3d walkthrough video for my floor plan

I need a 3D walkthrough video for my attached floor plan. You need to design the interior and front elevation yourself. We plan to add more storeys in the future, so the design should have the option of adding more floors.

You also need to provide 3 layouts as below because it depends on your design:
-Front Elevation map
-Electrical map
-Plumbing map.

I also need 2 proper BOQ as per below structure make sure it includes all complete construction cost for each and single thing. It should be clear and in proper format.
-Construction cost of just Ground Floor
-Construction cost of Ground + First Floor
