Build 3d floor plan for holiday home

Hi, my name is Ben and I need help with my new vacation home plan. I have a yard of 29x22sqm. I would like some ideas of a holiday home 2 floors with 3-4bedrooms, 1 big open space living+kitchen, 2baths, 1sanitary room maybe 10x10sqm footprint and a big pattio on the side of the house connected with the kitchen. I would love to use as little ground floor as possible because I want to add also a pool in the future, and I need clear area also for garden and a small fruit orchard.
