We need a full-time freelancer, who knows Autocad, 2D/3D modeling, MEP and services like lighting distribution and electrical outlets and other details.
The land is 7700 meters square area.
We need a professional Layout/ drafting architect to plan the area into sections that includes:
1- kart racing section (e.g attached video).
2- horror house section.
3- babies section (2-5)yrs.
4- clothes, perfume, cafe and restaurants kiosks.
5- men toilets section.
6- women toilets section.
7- VR and coin games section.
8- Bowling and Xbox section.
9- several small games like throwing balls and archers shooting section (i.e like the games in an attached video).
