Blue prints created for home

I am looking for a professional to create blueprints for a single-family home I am building. This particular project is unique in that I am building a grain bin (as a guest house) first, and then adding a main house. The grain bin will have 2-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the main house will have 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. I am not looking for a modern farm house look and would like the blueprints to reflect the functionality of each individual living space. Please let me know your experience with creating blueprints and the estimated timeline for completion of this project. Thank you!
