Blender scene optimisation

Hello, I am a beginner Blender user and would like to hire someone for a one-to-one lesson. I am working on a personal project and having difficulties optimising my scene. What I need is for you to have a look at the project and answer some of my questions regarding the most efficient way of rendering and denoising it, as well as possible suggestions of replacing some of the elements with less resource-demanding ones.
