I’m launching a new range of ready-to-eat meals and need a custom clamshell package that is fully biodegradable. The brief is simple: combine sustainability with shelf impact while protecting hot and cold foods.
Scope
• Structural concept based on biodegradable substrates (e.g., bagasse, PLA, moulded fiber).
• Dielines/CAD files ready for tooling.
• 3D renderings that show how the pack closes, stacks, and displays branding space.
• Basic production specs—material thickness, venting, and seal integrity—to hand straight to the manufacturer.
I’m moving fast and would like initial concepts on my desk ASAP, followed by refinements until the design is factory-ready.
