1-Bedroom Residential 2D Floor Plans
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm in need of an architect or floor plan designer who can create 2D floor plans for a building, to see how many 1 bedroom flats can be achieved.
the main stair core must stay in situ, and the front door stays where it is. other then that, all internal walls can be removed as required.
Key requirements:
- Proficient in creating precise and detailed 2D floor plans
- Experience in designing residential properties, particularly 1-bedroom layouts
- Able to deliver high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe
I only have the attached floor plan and measurements for the property. The final deliverable should be a professional, accurate 2D floor plan that can be used for basic appraisal of space efficiency purposes.
