Bathroom Plumbing & Tiling Repairs

I need targeted repairs carried out in my bathroom, specifically on the plumbing and the tiling. On the plumbing side, there are a couple of leaks around the shower mixer and basin feed that need to be traced, repaired, and pressure-tested so the fixtures run drip-free. For the tiling, several wall tiles have loosened and a few floor tiles have cracked; these sections must be removed, the substrate checked for moisture, then re-tiled and re-grouted to match the existing pattern.

Please supply or source matching tiles and any replacement valves or fittings. All work must preserve the current waterproofing layer and comply with local plumbing code so the room is safe for immediate everyday use once finished.
