I am looking for a professional to refine detailed plans for my basement remodel which is being transformed into a livable space.
The scope includes:
- Designing a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry area.
- Ensuring plans are compatible with existing plumbing connections.
- Providing scaled plans at 1/4”:1’.
I am aiming for a fast turnaround. The plans may need revisions based on feedback from the county building department.
Ideal skills for the job include:
