Barn apartment second floor layout

Hello! I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my barn apartment second floor layout. The total square footage of the second floor is 960 sq ft. I’m looking for an industrial/rustic style for this project. This will have two bedrooms and one bathroom but the bathroom has to be placed in a specific space, the southwest corner. Vaulted ceilings and also needs to house an ultility closet for the furnace. There are a few windows already existing and we want to install a deck on the south side so a sliding glass door would need to be included. There is a loft door on the east side.
The height of the ceiling where the walls meet the roof is 5 foot. This space will be empty of items, please excuse the photos.
