Deck surrounding a hot tub, 10' by 8' shed (already framed), gazebo/pergola with integrated outdoor TV &/or Projector screen setup from deck to shed, lower patio area with integrated fire pit, Sunken in ground trampoline with an integrated sump pump for water drainage.
