Assistant Designer - Residential Project - Country Home Barn Conversion - Interior Design

I'm in need of a of a freelance interior designer with exceptional presentation skills.
To support the Lead Designer on high end Residential projects:
- Creating furniture layouts, kitchen layouts, bathroom layouts and lighting layouts.
- Rending 2D plans to bring them to life.
- Creating 3D sketch visuals (using sketch up or by hand) to convey ideas.
- Creating 3D rendered visuals.
- Designing fitted furniture such as bookcases, shelving, wardrobes and presenting in 2D and simple 3D line drawings with detailed dimensions.
- Preparing mood boards for client presentation.
Essential for this role:
- Advanced IT skills, using software such as: AutoCAD, SketchUp, VectorWorks, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar
- Experience working on high end residential projects, with a good knowledge of materials, sourcing, and a great eye for blending modern pieces with more classical interiors

Advantagous skills/experience:
- Experience in branding, marketing, and graphic design
- Experience in furniture design, or joinery
I'm looking for someone who is happy to work collaboratively, take direction, and add value brining their own ideas and experience to the mix.
A working knowledge of UK building regulations is advantageous.
A flare for presentation skills and keen eye for detail are essential.
