Artist impression

I'm seeking an experienced artist for architectural renderings. I’d like ann Artist Impression & also a Video Walk Through to entice Investors. This is a startup Business for a HUGE dog daycare Facility (that’s never been done before). It will be set on 5 acres. I want to show the Indoor area which features a Reception Area, huge Run space (with fake turf), Cafe, a Vet, Pet Boutique/Shop, an Indoor heated pool, a Grooming Salon, Dog Food Shop, a small Hydrotherapy Pool, a dog massage/physiotherapy shop, a conference room (for education seminars). OUTSIDE I want to show around 3 acres of Green space with Beach Lagoon Pool, 7 separate paddocks, Shade Sails, BBQ area etc. See attached files.

Key Tasks:
- Create futuristic representation of the commercial building (inside & out).
- Ensure a level of creativity that captivates and inspires, while maintaining accuracy and precision (to attract Investors).

Preference will be given to freelancers with a proven track record in producing stunning architectural renderings. A portfolio of previous works would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in this exciting project.
