Arrowhead development

I have an 86-acre project that I need to have a high-level rendering made for. The project consists of a variety of different products. (SFH, Apartments, Commercial Office Space, Storage Units, Mobile Homes, Retail Space, Gas Station, Restaurant, and medical Office.) I don't need details inside of the buildings, but rather general building shapes and sizes that meet our dimensions. If we can add any outer details to the buildings and products, that would be a big plus. The project that we need renderings for is just the Arrowhead project, please disregard the other projects.
