Architecture , 3D render

I am seeking a skilled architect or designer who specializes in residential projects and 3D rendering. I have specific requirements for my project and would like both interior and exterior renderings.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong background in residential architecture
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software
- Attention to detail in capturing the specific design requirements
- Ability to create realistic and visually appealing renderings for both interior and exterior spaces
My requirements are :
A construction drawing for the construction of a small 3-unit condo building according to the design provided.
I'm providing a sample in PDF of the locally acceptable format for drawings so that you can see what's needed and how everything is presented.
I'll also need a site plan.
You'll be expected to provide a bill of quantities and a bill of materials.
Attached, please find:
Copy of standard drawing
Survey plan
Building design sample photos for the site plan (you can make recommendations for improvements as you see fit.)
You will deliver the drawings in PDF to be printed on 13x19 inch paper, and the source file upon completion.
Finally, I'll need a 6-unit version that comprises 3 mirrored floors and 2 mirrored units per floor.

Please note that the first 3 attachments show what the building's exterior may look like. The next 3 are to show how it fits on the site (the land slopes downwards from NE to SW at a 1:4 gradient). The last 2 attachments are the survey plan for the site plan.
