Architecture design 2d and 3d for hostel

I am looking for an architecture designer who can create a 2D and 3D design for my hostel. The hostel has a total area of 150 sqm and consists of two floors. This will have the following;
1. 10 bunk beds per room
2. Should be able to host 100 people in total 50 people live on the first floor and 50 on the second.
3. Should have 2 bathrooms per room
4. Should have a kitchen
5. 2 living rooms one up stairs and one down.

I would like the design to be modern in style.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:

- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software
- Experience in designing hostels or similar projects
- Familiarity with modern design styles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the client.
