Architectural Rendering Expert Needed

I'm in need of a SketchUp professional to assist with rendering my architectural designs. The ideal candidate will produce intermediate-level renderings, incorporating realistic textures and detailing. While this project does not currently have a specific use for the rendered images, it is likely they will eventually be used for client presentations. Therefore, a keen understanding of what makes a visually compelling image is essential.
