3D or Architectural Rendering of Building to show different color choices for painting.

I have uploaded a photo of a sample home in our HOA (it is actually 2 homes with and adjoining wall). I am looking for a 3D or architectural rendering to clean up the appearance and to to show 3 different versions of wall and trim paint color and roof color possibilities.
By cleaning up the appearance, I mean to make the trim around the windows the same bronze color, all wood trim and fences the same color, remove extraneous decorations such as the wreath, and shutters by the window.

3 Versions of Color Scheme:
1. The home as it is currently, cleaned up. (the roof is currently shakewood)
2. With the walls done in off-white, the roof in barkwood, the wood trim in a rich walnut, the fence in a rich walnut stained wood.
3. With the walls done in a very light beige, the roof in driftwood, the wood trim and fence in a darker complementary version of the beige.
