Architectural Photo Realistic Renders of a development
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist to model two houses based on provided architectural plans and create 2 photorealistic renders, one exterior shot, and one interior shot.
This project is a test project.
My goal is to find a talented freelancer or team to work with me on rendering projects of developments, usually consisting of 5-10 units, that require 6-8 shots per project.
Once I’ve chosen you to work on this trial project and you’ve delivered great renders I would like to work with you on a recurring basis with 2-4 projects per month.
The Model:
The development is based at “6 Pax Ave” East Auckland, New Zealand, on a fairly even site with a slight incline. This site will have 4 homes built on it, but only 2 homes, “Unit C” and “Unit D” will be shown on the renders for marketing purposes.
The homes will be modelled based on the architect’s plans.
I have attached a few examples of the plans in the files but excluded some information due to copyright reasons.
The information I will provide to you once you’ve bid on the project successfully will be:
Floorplans
Elevations
Sections
Site Plan
Landscape Plan
Engineering Plans
Specifications/Finishes Schedule (For material Guidance)
Shot 1 Exterior:
I need one exterior shot looking up the driveway at “Unit D”, with “Unit C” being seen on the left-hand side of the shot. For camera positioning, look at the file attached called “Camera Position Exterior”. The surrounding should look believable, with a boundary fence, vegetation and neighbouring houses behind.
The shot needs to include parked cars in the parking spots, people, and creatively placed exterior prop items to make the shot come to life.
Shot 2 Interior:
I need one interior shot looking from the back of the living room, looking into the kitchen & exterior living space to showcase the “homely feeling”.
The interior and exterior living space needs to be furnished.
For camera positioning, look at the file attached called “Camera Position Interior”.
For examples of interior furniture styles look at https://www.kingliving.co.nz/
Materials for fixed items like the kitchen, flooring, hardware etc. will be available in the Finishs Schedule PDF provided as attached.
The two shots will be set in the daytime and are set in an upper-class neighbourhood aimed at medium to high-income families. Styling and props should match this.
Please only model the buildings as required by the views. There’s no need to spend extra effort on things that won’t be seen in the shot.
My Budget:
Since this is a test project, and I’m trying to find a great person or team to work with in the future, I’d like to pay 100$ NZD per shot. The test project’s budget will be 200$ NZD.
For the following projects, I will also pay 100$ NZD per shot, however, more shots will be required with usual projects requiring 6-8 shots.
You should use your preferred software to model and render this project.
I am looking for photorealism quality similar to the attached “example images”.
I look forward to hearing from you - Till :)
