I am looking for Architectural plans and Interior Design along with a 3D rendered video walkthrough for a 2000 sq.ft Holiday home in a hill station.
The Land parcel is a perfect rectangle and its dimensions are 187 feet x 147 feet.
Some of our Requirements are:
1. One Master BR with a walk in closet and attached bath.
2. Two Bedrooms with attached baths.
3. Huge Living area with dining and Open kitchen.
4. 3 cars parking space
5. Outdoor space for Power Generator
6. Outdoor kids play are.
7. Outdoor seating area with fireplace, barbeque and outdoor bar
