Architectural 2D and 3D House Plan

My Lot area is 18.78m x 26.63m (500sqm)
1. I need 2D plan with measurement for each room and each wall (by meter)
2. I need 3D plan Similar on attachment.
3. I need exterior layout for the house to see what is going to look like from exterior
4. the Car garage will be storage area on the plan, and it will not be garage I will need garage from outside the house good for 1 car (not outside the fence)

note: this is my preferred layout below, but i don't like the front view kindly make same the plan arrangement
