3D Architect Walkthrough Video Creation

I am looking for a skilled 3D video designer to create a client presentation video for a school building.
The video should:
- Showcase both the exterior and interior of the building.
- Highlight key areas such as classrooms, common areas, gymnasium, sports facilities, libraries and laboratories.
- Be stylistically photorealistic.
