Architect & Rendering Artist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an architect or designer for a long-term working relationship. At first it will be a two-week contract to meet and evaluate your work, then it will be a long-term contract.
What I look for:
•A person who can design modern projects, both facades and interior design.
•Know how to use Revit very well, to make 3D models and very detailed floor plans.
•A person who knows how to render in Enscape and is willing to learn a more advanced rendering engine in the future.
What will you do in this job?
Every week you will be assigned a new project, first you must make the furnished floor plans rendered in Enscape. Then you are going to work on the facades and interiors, the design and the renders and finally you are going to work on an animation of the project that covers the interior and exterior. You can do the entire design part and the renders in Sketchup. When the project is approved you need to make the models in Revit and then the entire set of floor plans.
We are a team of 4 people, communication is essential, we can divide the work many times to advance faster, for example, one week you may work only on the Revit modeling and another only on the animations and another on the entire project. It is a demanding job, the monthly payment is 600 dollars, I know it doesn't sound like much but it is what the other architects in the office earn.
