Architect Draftsman for Home Design

We are looking for an experienced architect draftsman with a passion for innovation and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in modular home design and expertise in creating 3D render walkthroughs using AI-based platforms like AI House (or similar).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and draft modular homes with flexibility and sustainability in mind.
Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans.
Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in architectural drafting and modular home design.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software (AI House or similar platforms).
Strong portfolio showcasing architectural designs and 3D renders.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes and construction practices is a plus.
