Apartment Highrise Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a rendering of a narrow apartment building 5-6 stories tall, situated on a 1/3rd acre rectangular lot, for the use of a sales concept for a property I am selling with development potential.
The design does not need to include specifics such as dimensions, or floorplans, but should provide a good idea of what an apartment building would look like situated on the lot, with the surrounding road, neighboring buildings, etc.
I will provide the dimensions of the lot, as well as the footprint of the building allowable within the space. The artistic concept of the condo building can be completely of your own design, and should be simple, and modern, without being too overly creative or post-modern in design.
I can also provide drone photos of the actual lot, and surrounding area for use in designing the concept.
Would prefer color over black & white. Rendering Does Not need to be of extremely high in textures or graphic detail. Attached is an example of the quality that would be acceptable.
