Apartment Floor Plan Overhaul & 3D Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an architect/interior designer to revamp the floor plan of my 55 sq metre apartment. The primary aim is to enhance the functionality of bedroom areas. The project involves:
- Modifying the existing floor plan to optimize space.
- Selecting appropriate finishes including tiles, paint colours, countertops, cabinets, etc.
- Producing four to five detailed 3D renders of the redesigned space.
The design style should be modern, with a focus on improving the functionality of the space. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in both architecture and interior design, with experience in working on similar sized apartments. Proficiency in 3D rendering software is a must, as is a keen eye for modern design aesthetics.
