Full-Time 2D/3D Animator for Christian Lifestyle Brand (Long-Term | $1–$2/hr)
Position: FULL-TIME | 30–40 hours/week | Long-Term | Remote

We’re building something special. SH|NE is a Christian lifestyle brand that’s just getting started — but we’re growing fast. Our mission is to inspire people to walk boldly in faith, and we need a dedicated animator to help us bring that message to life.

This role is not for freelancers looking for one-off projects. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and take ownership of animation across reels, shorts, and cinematic storytelling content.

The Role:
• Create animations for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Help develop a consistent animation style across the brand
• Collaborate with creatives, designers, and our founder directly
• Willing to grow into a lead creative role over time

Requirements:
• Strong grasp of timing, movement, and emotional storytelling
• Comfortable working with limited assets or basic references
• Experience with either 2D or 3D animation (or both)
• Able to work full-time (30–40 hours/week)
• Must have your own software/tools unless very low cost

• $1–$2 per hour based on experience and fit
• Bonuses for top performers
• Potential to become Lead Animator as the team grows
