Our projects feature high-end architectural details, including mono-beam and floating stairs, premium glass, wood, and metal finishes. We are committed to precision, craftsmanship, and contemporary design aesthetics, and we are now expanding our digital marketing through photo realistic 3D visualization and animation.

Project Overview

We are looking to create high-end 3D architectural animation videos (similar in style and quality to @miamistairs on Instagram). https://www.instagram.com/miamistairs/
The videos will showcase our modern custom staircases, glass railing systems, and interior design concepts for marketing and social media use.

These videos are not filmed — they must be full CG (computer-generated) with realistic lighting, materials, and camera motion.

Deliverables

20–30 second 3D animation video (cinematic quality)

Realistic materials: wood, glass, steel, LED lighting, and flooring

Natural lighting (daylight and/or ambient)

Smooth camera path and transitions

Background music (optional)

Final video output in MP4 1080p or 4K

What We Will Provide

Brand logo and any text captions


Ideal Freelancer

Expert in 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, Lumion, or Twinmotion

Proficient with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Cycles

Strong sense of architectural lighting and camera composition

Able to deliver photorealistic renders and smooth video motion

Bonus: can handle post-editing in After Effects or DaVinci Resolve

Budget

We expect to start with one sample animation (20–30 seconds).
