Abstract 3D Educational Swim Animation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m producing a short, abstract-style 3D animation that teaches core swimming concepts through visually engaging motion rather than photo-realism. The piece will be used in an educational module, so clarity of movement and a clean, atmospheric look take priority over complex scenery or character detail.
Scope
• Model or adapt a single swimmer character and the surrounding water volume.
• Animate one continuous sequence that demonstrates the required strokes and body positions (roughly 30–45 seconds total).
• Apply stylised, abstract shading and lighting—think colour blocks, flowing forms, and minimal texturing—while still making each motion easy to follow for learners.
• Supply the final video in 1080p (mp4 or mov) plus the editable source file (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Include a simple stereo sound bed (ambient water and light whooshes) or leave clean channels for me to add narration later.
Acceptance Criteria
The animation must:
1. Clearly depict each stroke with unobstructed camera angles.
2. Maintain an abstract aesthetic throughout—no realistic skin, facial features, or environment details.
3. Deliver smooth, physically plausible movement at 24–30 fps.
4. Render without visible clipping, artifacts, or mismatched frame pacing.
5. Arrive on time along with all project files and licences for any external assets.
If you’re comfortable rendering fluid, abstract visuals that still communicate technical motion, this should be a concise, rewarding project. Message me with a quick outline of your workflow, preferred software, and any relevant reels; I’ll share the exact shot list and schedule.
