The project focused on locating one of the following or both if its possible:
●buried metallic anomalies
● voids/hollows
(Both of the above located beneath the surface).
I'm open for suggestions, but In my personal opinion here’s a glimpse of how the output map will appear:
-Base Layer: The foundational layer of the map will display satellite high-resolution imagery revealing detailed surface features and terrain variations.
-Mineral Signature Overlay: Utilizing satellite image SWIR bands, we will overlay mineral signatures directly on the map. Different colors and symbols will indicate the presence of specific minerals, including gold and those commonly associated with it.
-Magnetic Anomaly Overlay: To enhance our analysis, layers indicating magnetic anomalies will be superimposed, represented by varying color intensities or contour lines, pinpointing areas with potential mineral presence.
-Gravity Anomaly Overlay: Additionally, we will integrate gravity anomaly data, depicted by distinct color gradients or symbols, to identify variations in subsurface density and locate mineral-rich regions.
-Interactive Elements: The map will be interactive, enabling exploration of different regions, zooming in/out, and accessing detailed information about potential minerals at specific anomaly points.
-Legend & Annotations: A comprehensive legend will interpret the color coding and symbols for mineral signatures, magnetic, and gravity anomalies. Annotations will provide insights into identified locations, estimated mineral types, and confidence levels.
By combining satellite data ability to detect mineral presence with magnetic and gravity data, the output map will serve as a multifaceted visual tool, offering a nuanced perspective for minera exploration.
Requirements:
- Expertise in image analysis and interpretation
- Experience with acquiring SAR data and high-resolution multispectral satellite imagery
- Familiarity with techniques for locating buried metallic anomalies
Geographic Location:
- The imagery will be specific to a particular geographic locations, which I will provide to the freelancer.
Timeline:
- The expected timeline for the project is 7-10 days for each location.
