• Draft the technical narrative—methodology, work plan, team CVs, equipment lists, QA/QC—so it speaks directly to government evaluation criteria.
• Build the financial proposal, organising cost sheets and BOQs in the exact formats required.
• Coordinate and proof all annexes (forms, declarations, certifications) before final packaging.
• Deliver a ready-to-submit proposal, plus a short hand-over note highlighting key dates, assumptions, and follow-up actions.
I will give you the raw RFP, past reference material, and company credentials. You return a proposal that can be submitted without further rewriting.
