High-Res Satellite LULC Mapping

I have secured high-resolution satellite imagery and now need a complete land-use / land-cover classification delivered as ready-to-use GIS layers. The study area is already defined; what I am missing is an experienced remote-sensing specialist who can take the raw scenes, run an accurate supervised or object-based classification in tools such as ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, ENVI or similar, and hand back clean, well-documented results.

Scope of work
• Pre-process the imagery (radiometric and atmospheric corrections, mosaicking if necessary).
• Design and execute the LULC classification that best captures urban, agricultural, water, forest and any other relevant classes present.
• Validate accuracy with an appropriate confusion matrix and brief explanation of the methodology.
• Package final deliverables as GeoTIFF rasters and corresponding vector shapefiles, all projected to the area’s standard CRS, accompanied by a concise report outlining steps, parameters and accuracy figures.

Acceptance
I will consider the job complete once the map layers open flawlessly in QGIS, overall accuracy meets accepted industry thresholds, and the report makes the workflow reproducible.
