Title: GIS / Remote Sensing Specialist – Identify Homes with Pools + Map + Address List (North County San Diego, CA)

Description:

I am a local service business owner looking to build a highly targeted prospect list of residential homes with swimming pools.

Project Scope:
- Identify residential properties with swimming pools using aerial/satellite imagery and GIS tools
- Focus area: North County San Diego, CA (including Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Vista, Oceanside, and surrounding areas)
- Match detected pools to parcel/address data
- Deliver both a mapped dataset and a spreadsheet for outreach
There are roughly 30,000 pools in this area.

Deliverables:
1. Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) including:
- Property address
- City
- Optional: homeowner name (if available)
- Optional (lower priority): phone number and/or email (if available and legally sourced)
- Confidence level (high / medium / low)

2. Interactive Map (one of the following):
- Google My Maps
- or ArcGIS Online map
- or shareable map link with pins for each property

3. (Optional but preferred):
- Ability to filter or group properties by neighborhood or density clusters

Requirements:
- Experience with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar)
- Experience with aerial imagery analysis / remote sensing
- Ability to match imagery features to parcel/address datasets
- Experience creating shareable maps

Important:
- Do NOT use generic or resold mailing lists
- Do NOT scrape Zillow or similar listing sites
- Data should be derived from imagery + GIS + parcel data (or equivalent method you can clearly explain)

Budget:
- Up to $500 (fixed price)

Goal:
I want a custom, high-quality dataset specific to my service area that is not widely sold to competitors, and that I can visually use to plan routes and outreach.
